Thursday evenings 6:30 – 9:30 PM
Eight weeks of in-person training.
Learn the art of DJing, including beat matching, EQ’ing, gain matching, track selection, harmonic mixing, effects, set prep, and more. With small class sizes, students get ample time with the instructor and the opportunity to practice on Pyramind’s multiple sets of DJ decks. Pyramind’s courses can be taken in person at our studio in San Francisco or Hybrid/Online, where you will join the in-person class via Zoom. Classes are recorded for anyone missing a class for whatever reason. Hybrid/Online learners can participate in the class conversation, ask the instructor questions in real-time as well as see & hear everything being presented via ScreenFlow and multiple camera angles.
Our curriculum covers a wide range of topics related to DJing, equipment, mixing techniques, and software. It’s designed to gradually build students’ skills from the basics to more advanced concepts. Each week has a specific focus.
