The MusicOne All-Star Band, featuring renowned musicians from the advisory board, will perform for the first time as an ensemble at the fundraiser. The lineup includes SFCM professor Edward Simon, guitarist Stanley Jordan, bassist Kai Eckhardt, sax player Charles Unger, singer-trombonist Oddity, Cheryl Serame Turk, and others.

Empowering Youth Artists for Success

The advisory board has come together to support talented youth artists by providing financial assistance, high-quality technical training, and access to state-of-the-art equipment and professional venues. MusicOne.org, through its emphasis on artist development and education, is equipping young artists with the tools to become entrepreneurs and take control of their career objectives.

A Collaboration with a Purpose

MusicOne.org is a new arm of YouthOne.org, a 501c3 non-profit that has served youth for the past fifteen years, filling gaps in educational and emotional support. This collaboration involves YouthOne chairman Carl Hilsz, Pyramind Institute founder Greg Gordon, Education Program Director Deborah Barsotti, SFUSD VAPA Director Ron Machado, and Producer Dr. Rock-Bernie Gonzalez of the Latin Rock Organization.

Transformative Music Education Program

The MusicOne educational program aims to provide hundreds of training and performance opportunities to Bay Area Jr and Senior High School youth artists. By curating diverse live music experiences and offering scholarships, the program supports those with limited access to high-quality arts and cultural programming.

Addressing Mental Health Challenges Through Music

Recognizing the urgency highlighted by CDC Children’s Mental Health reports, MusicOne.org incorporates certified music therapists into its program to address mental health challenges among youth. The initiative seeks to transform excessive screen time into a creative outlet, fostering inspirational life-saving skills.
