Remix of the Solsage Track: Sol Potion
In this collaboration, Pyramind Founder Greg Gordon teams up with Pyramind alumnus Danny Dignin (AKA Imaginate) to remix the Solsage track Sol Potion. Danny, a graduate from Pyramind’s Sound for Picture & Game Program, incorporates his unique sound design techniques, using original foley capture and heavy saturation manipulation to craft the remix. The Solsage Sample Pack—featuring tabla rhythms, psychedelic jaw’s harp, didgeridoo sounds, and more—is available for free download, providing aspiring music producers with a collection of high-quality sounds to enhance their own electronic music production.
About Imaginate
For many electronic music producers, creating music is about much more than just listening—it’s about pushing boundaries and exploring new creative depths. Danny Dignin, known by his artist name Imaginate, is a perfect example. After years of feeling restricted, Danny ventured into music production with his project Imaginate, blending his diverse influences to create evocative, emotionally charged soundscapes.
In 2017, Imaginate released his debut EP Bio, which garnered attention from fans of both melodic and bass-heavy music. This marked the beginning of a successful career, which quickly took off after graduating from Pyramind Music Production School in San Francisco. Since then, Danny has been involved in multiple remix productions, including an official remix for G2, and he’s also contributed sound design tutorials for Pyramind’s YouTube channel.
Imaginate’s creative journey continues with an official sample pack signed to Loopmasters and collaborations with top sound design labels like Waves Audio, Slate Digital, and Black Octopus Sound. His work on the Duality album, released in 2023, has received accolades from GRAMMY and EMMY award-winning producers, showcasing his ability to fuse complex emotions and themes through sound design and electronic music production.
